We are delighted to acknowledge the support of Jonathan Viljoen and Jeremy Coburn from Barfoot & Thompson St Heliers, two local real estate agents with a genuine connection to the Eastern Bays and a shared appreciation for the community in which they live and work.
For Jonathan, St Heliers is more than just the area where he works. As a real estate agent based in St Heliers and specialising in the Eastern Bays, he is also lucky enough to call the Bays home himself. His connection to the area is both personal and professional, giving him a strong understanding of what makes the community so special.
“The people”, Jonathan says, when asked what he loves most about being part of St Heliers. “St Heliers has such a warm, family-friendly atmosphere where neighbours genuinely look out for one another. It’s a welcoming community that makes you feel at home”.
Jeremy’s connection to St Heliers runs just as deep. Born and raised in the village, some of his earliest memories are of building sandcastles on the beach, delivering newspapers around the neighbourhood, and spending time with family and friends at local cafes and restaurants. Today, he is proud to be selling real estate across the suburb he has always called home.
“There really isn’t anywhere else I’d rather live, work, or spend my time”, Jeremy says.

Jonathan names St Heliers Bay Bistro, Waterboy, The Porch, and La Vista as favourites, each offering something unique. Jeremy has recently been enjoying Waterboy, describing it as a fantastic addition to the village with great food, cold drinks, and a beautiful waterfront setting.
