What inspires you most about being in this community?
The genuine sense of connection. St Heliers truly feels like a little village where people show up for each other, whether it’s collaborating on events, supporting local businesses, or simply sharing a friendly smile. There’s a real warmth here; everyone bands together, making it such a fun and uplifting place to be. And with the beautiful ocean, great restaurants, and unique boutique shops, there’s honestly nowhere else we’d rather be.
What has been your proudest moment in business so far?
One of our proudest moments was winning three awards at the Orakei Business Awards 2023. It was such an incredible achievement for us. What made it even more special was the next day, when Babylon brought over a beautiful plant and Stacey from Four Square dropped in coffees. It was such a heartwarming reminder of how supportive our little village community truly is.

Another big milestone was investing in our BBL and Moxi laser. It was a huge step for us, but we were committed to bringing the very best to our clients. It’s been completely game-changing and something we’re incredibly proud of.
What is your best advice for someone starting their own business?
Just go for it, follow your dreams, and back yourself. Work hard, stay consistent, and focus on building a strong community around you. There will be tough days, but when they come, refocus, trust the process, and remind yourself why you started and what you’re working towards.
