David Tucker

David's creative spark was first ignited in the 1970s as an exchange 
student in Wyoming, but it took 53 years before he started painting 
seriously.  David primarily paints in acrylics including portraiture, abstract 
landscapes and commentary on life in NZ.  He also sculpts in stone and wood
using material found at Muriwai.  David loves all aspects of the creative process 
and would try everything if he could. David is a member of the Muriwai Artists 
Collective.
