Initial Event Proposals (IEPs)
Below is a list of events that event owners have presented to council for approval. As a key stake holder, the St Heliers Village Association has been asked for feedback. If you would like a copy of the IEP please emailst.heliers@xtra.co.nz with the name of the event and "request for IEP" in the subject line and this will be forwarded to you. If you wish to contribute feedback - either for, against, or constructive suggestions, please email these at least 24 hours prior to the cut off for feedback. This is noted in the IEP. This will be combined with feedback from the SHVA Executive Committee. From time to time, we may reach out to the entire membership for feedback on a specific event.
